Not much too this shot, just a close-cropped portrait of a remarkable approachable subject. He was actually picking his way around a fish cleaning station on a dock, so it was clear he was used to people. This photo was captured as he gaze out onto the bay from the edge of the dock. The shoulder is a tad overexposed (though I was at ISO 400), but I liked the detail on the face enough to hang onto the frame. We don't often get to see the marbled face this well, so there's that.
