Ruddy Turnstone

Nothing amazing here, but I liked the curious head tilt as the subject ran across the mudflat in front of me. Though the namesake red ('ruddy') has been molted out at this winter stage, the orange legs persist across the year. They add a nice pop of color, right? I love being able to see the individual scales.
