Hudsonian Godwit (1 in series of 2)

This frame and the next are sequential shots as this bird ran down the beach directly in front of me. He'd spent the previous 5 minutes feeding, so I was stoked he decided to look up for a bit. A wave soaked me while I waited for him to approach, but it was totally worth it.
