This breeding plumage example wasn't doing much besides feeding, and he wouldn't acknowledge me with more of a head turn despite my constant whistles and clicks to engage him. Absent ant super exciting behavior or action, I went for this super-low, super-blurred effect to isolate him from the muddy surroundings. The same mus that coated his raised foot covered my chest after this session, so it was a well-earned frame regardless.
