I missed my primary target on this morning, White-tailed Ptarmigan, but salvaged the high-elevation (12,000') outing with several frames of this alpine cutie. I had a lot of fun chasing this guy around this particular rockslide, and I was stoked when he finally assumed an exposed perch with a clear background.
