Pika
These little guys have zero fear of heights, this individual perching on a rock with a steep vertical drop below it. I had to inch down the slope to get the sun behind me, but my rock-hopping yielded a nice background and zero shadows. I closed down to f/8 (from f/5.6) to get more depth-of-field, but I probably should have dropped to f/10 as the lowest reaches of the rock are still out-of-focus. Happy with this result regardless.
