Lilac-breasted Roller

This bird was sitting on top of a hideous tangle, so I cropped the capture to a headshot to highlight the multicolored subject. The white background results from overcast skies far behind the bird, and I think the color really cracks in the high-key surrounds. This is the same bird as in my other two roller shots.
