Stripe-throated Bulbul
Of the many species of bulbul I observed in Thailand, this was my favorite. They occupied the tree tops of every elevational habitat, but I was able to capture this eye-level frame from a deep forest hide outside Kaeng Krachan National Park. It would have been nice to have more of the perch in focus, but that was an impossibility given its anchored position relative to the blind. This was the best perch at this particular spot, so it has crept into a few of the shots in this collection.
