Hudsonian Godwit
Background is a bit boring and the bird is a bit higher than I'd like, but I held onto this frame because I it's super sharp and I liked the symmetry in the wings. This species is among the longest-distance migrants on Earth -- it nests in the Arctic and winters in Southern South America -- so it was really fun to catch up with it thousands of miles from where I usually see it.
