Chimango Caracara

This bird was perched on the rail of a rowboat, so I crept close with hopes of a tight headshot, my goal to keep the man-made object out of the frame. I was successful. Ya for me. Closing down to f/8 (from my usual f/5.6) increased the depth-of-focal-field and brought out additional feather detail.
